On fifth Sunday evenings we hold ‘Magnify’ a Contemporary Christian Music Event aimed at tearing down some of the Stereo-types normally associated with Church. If you come along you will find a group of people who are passionate about meeting with God through contemporary sounding music.

Revd Paul Harding was inducted as Ministry Team Leader for Chipping Sodbury Baptist Church on Saturday 3^rd March at 2.30pm.   Revd Nigel Coles, Senior Regional Minister for WEBA, conducted the Induction and Revd Clive Burnard, Senior Pastor at Andover Baptist Church preached.

Paul’s background is in engineering and management and he became a Christian 18 years ago through the witness of his wife and the prayers of the local Church.   He trained at Moorlands Bible College and has had two pastorates – Iford Baptist Church and St. Austell Baptist Church.   His wife, Jackie, is very involved in his Ministry and has a passion for working with ladies and young families.   Christopher, their son, will be moving to Chipping  Sodbury with them.

Paul loves music and plays the guitar, bass and drums as well as writing and recording worship songs.   He is very keen on American Football and enjoys movies and listening to music.

We look forward to Paul’s ministry with us at Chipping Sodbury.
